One of the best ways to be successful on the HCG Diet, is to be prepared!
Below I have listed a couple of things that might help you to be more prepared when starting the HCG Diet:
- Read the entire HCG Diet Protocol.
- Do research on the diet.
- Pick a starting date.
- Get enough syringes for the entire round of injections.
- Go shopping for food.
- Weigh out food proper portions of food for freezing.
- Throw away all of the tempting foods in your home.
