Are you familiar with the different types of meats that you can eat while on the HCG Low Calorie Diet?
Although, you do not have the option to eat whatever you want while on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet, you can come up with some great recipes using the meats that you are allowed to have. Just make sure that you are using the right portions.

Meats Allowed On The HCG Diet:
You can have 100 grams of these meats...
- Veal
- Beef
- Chicken Breast
- Fresh White Fish
- Lobster
- Crab
- Shrimp
You should always be sure to weigh your meat raw, after all of the visible fat has been carefully removed. Your meat needs to be boiled or grilled without additional fat. This is why I strongly recommend purchasing a George Foreman Grill for the HCG Weight Loss Diet.

Keep in mind that the chicken breast must be removed from the bird. You cannot simply eat any part of the chicken that you want.

So I think I screwed up.. Day one and didn't realize I couldn't have white turkey deli meats.. Did 6 oz for lunch.. You think I've messed up the whole diet? It was only my second meal
