How To Mix The HCG Sublingual Drops

In my last post we talked a little bit about HCG Hormone Injections vs. Sublingual Method. If you decide that you are more interested in doing the Sublingual Drops, you will need to know how to mix it properly.

Here's What You'll Need:
  • 5000 i.u. ampule for HCG
  • Solvent ampule that comes with the HCG.
  • B12 or distilled water or bacteriostatic water.
  • Alcohol.
  • Amber glass bottle with a lid or dropper top for mixing and storing the HCG in the refrigerator.
  • Oral syringe to use twice a day in taking the HCG.
  • Large syringe with needle to remove the dissolved HCG from the ampule and for mixing.

Instructions for mixing 125 i.u. Sublingual Drops with a 5000 i.u. ampule

1. Open the glass ampule of the dissolving agent that came in the HCG packet.
  Here's how:
a. Wipe off the top of the ampule with alcohol.
b. Using one swift motion, snap the top away from the body at the neck of the ampule.
2. Open the glass ampule of the HCG powder concentrate.
3. Use a syringe to withdraw the dissolving agent.
4. Inject the dissolving agent into the HCG ampule letting it run slowly down the side of the glass. Make sure not to allow the needle to touch the glass. If the needle does touch the glass, replace the needle before continuing. The powder will dissolve almost immediately by gently swirling the vial. DO NOT SHAKE.
5. Use syringe to withdraw the mixed HCG solution.
6. Place the HCG solution into the glass container that you have for storing the HCG.
7. Add 17 ml of B12 or other diluting agent.
8. Add 2 ml of alcohol (rum or vodka).
This should provide 20 days of 250 i.u. daily doses. However that should be split into two doses, 125 i.u. (1/2 ml) in the morning and 125 i.u. (1/2 ml) in the afternoon
Sublingual is usually taken in 2 doses a day and at a higher overall daily dosage because less is absorbed sublingually than by injection.
Gently mix the HCG solution each time before drawing the hcg solution into the oral syringe or dropper.

How to use the HCG Sublingual Drops

To use the sublingual method, 1/2 of the daily dose (1/2 ml/cc) of the HCG is placed under your tongue. It is held under the tongue for at least 2 minutes before swallowing. It is suggested that you not eat or drink anything for about 15 minutes after swallowing the HCG.

Cheese On The HCG Diet - Is It Allowed?

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese.
