HCG Injections vs. The Sublingual Method

In my opinion I think that the HCG Hormone Injections are probably the most effective way to use HCG for losing weight. But lately more and more people have turned to the "Sublingual Method".

Some people use the Sublingual Drops because they have a fear of needles. Others simply believe that this is the superior way of using the HCG Hormone. Who am I to argue!

The fact of the matter is that if the Sublingual method works for you then you should definitely use it this way. I talked a little bit more about HCG Hormone Injections and Sublingual Drops in one of my previous posts.

I once read that for the best results you should try using both the HCG Hormone Injections and Sublingual Drops together.
