It is now my wife's seventh day on the HCG Diet and things are looking good. She is sticking to the plan and losing weight.
She lost 1 pound today, which is great. If you're losing about a pound a day on the HCG Diet, that is awesome. Some people even lose more, and some will lose less, it depends on the individual.
But no matter what, you cannot get discouraged. I think a lot of people will not get the results that they were hoping for, and so they will just throw in the towel.

Even if your target weight seems to be out of reach, don't worry, you can have some days where you lose 2 or 3 pounds, which can make up for the days that you didn't lose as much.
