Exercise is rarely mentioned in the HCG Diet protocol. Although, some people that have a physically active job, something that requires heavy lifting or a lot of walking, do usually have a little bit higher rate of weight loss.
If you are not into the exercise thing, you could try one of these other "Plateau Breakers".

Exercise Can Be A Great Plateau Breaker
If you find yourself in need of a plateau breaker, you might want to consider adding a brisk walk, yoga, or any other type of 15 minute exercise routine. Adding this activity will help to increase your metabolism and may even increase your rate of weight loss.
