Today, I have a tasty Phase 2 recipe for the HCG Diet. I really like this recipe and I am sure you will too.
HCG Diet Meatballs
2 lbs - Extra Lean Ground Beef1 - Egg
1 - Diced Onion
1 package - Onion Soup Mix2-3 tablespoons - Ground Sage1/4 cup - Finely Crushed Bread Crumbs
Directions:
Mix together all of the ingredients. Weigh mixture out on digital scale. Divide that weight into 9 equal portions. Each one of these portions will make about 1 small meatball. You can then freeze in zip-lock baggies or cook now and re-heat later.
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook all the way through for 15 - 30 minutes.
