HCG Spinach Stuffed ChickenHere's what you'll need...
- 100 grams chicken breast
- Spinach
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Pinch of onion powder
- 1 Pinch of garlic powder
- Dash of salt and pepper
- ½ cup chicken broth or water
Directions:
Tenderize chicken by pounding until flat. Mix together lemon juice and all of the spices. Cook spinach lightly in lemon juice and spices. Strain out excess liquid from the spinach and place the spinach in the center of the tenderized flat chicken. Roll up the spinach mixture inside the chicken breast.
Preheat Oven to 350:
Place rolls of chicken and spinach in a baking dish and add the chicken broth/water into the pan. Bake chicken rolls for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.
Serving Suggestion: You can also smash up your Melba Toast or Grissini Bread-Sticks and sprinkle it on top of the Chicken Rolls before you but them in the oven.
