Rewarding Yourself On The HCG Diet

I think for any big accomplishment in life, it takes a series of small accomplishments to get there. The same thing is true for the HCG Diet. For example, before you can lose 30 pounds, you have to lose a pound everyday for a month.

I am also a strong believer in rewarding yourself for your accomplishments, and yes losing weight is definitely a BIG accomplishment.

To help yourself succeed on the HCG Diet, you should reward yourself for those small accomplishments along the way. Maybe for every 5 pounds you lose, you could reward yourself in some small way.

However, while on the 500 Calorie Diet you might not be able to live it up like you would have before starting the HCG Hormone Injections.

In the past you may have went out to a nice restaurant to celebrate a promotion or when you finished a big project. But unfortunately on the HCG Diet it's probably not the best idea to reward yourself in that particular way. Plus you should keep the rewards kind of small, at least until you hit your target weight or until you complete that round of Hormone Injections.

That way, if nothing else, you can keep yourself looking forward to something at the end of the diet. For some people losing weight may not be enough of an incentive to stick with the diet all the way through. But even if it is, you should still do something nice for yourself after all of that hard work. Because dieting IS hard work!

Reward ideas for those smaller accomplishments
  • Go out to a movie - You could reward yourself by going out to see a movie. However, you might want to go to the drive-in theater, that way you don't have to be around all of those people eating popcorn, soda, and all of the other treats that movie theaters like to temp you with.

  • Rent a movie - You might want to just sit at home with your husband/wife and your favorite flick.

  • Having a night to yourself - Get your husband/wife to take the kids out while you relax at home doing whatever it is you do.

  • Go play a round of miniature-golf (or what-ever you consider fun) - Sometimes going out and having some fun is a reward in itself.
These are all good ideas for those smaller accomplishments.

Reward Ideas For Your Big Accomplishments (Like hitting your target weight)
  • Plan a vacation - Looking forward to a nice vacation just might be what you need to keep you working hard and sticking to the Protocol throughout the HCG Diet.

  • A New Wardrobe - Buying yourself a new wardrobe can be a great reward, but after losing a bunch of weight it might be something that you'll have to do because your cloths no longer fit.

  • Get a make-over - Losing weight is almost like having a new body. Getting a make-over is a good way to complete your new look.

  • Get your picture taken - Most people who are a little over-weight hate getting their picture taken, so they usually try to avoid it. After completing the HCG Diet you could go and get your family pictures done as a reward.
Losing 20-30 pounds on the HCG Diet is a big deal, so you should definitely treat it like one. Make sure to give yourself a big reward for losing the weight and sticking with the diet.

Whats the most amount weight you have ever lost in one month?

Get Real HCG Here! The HCG Diet Plan is without a doubt the fastest and most effective way to lose  weight still even in 2023. However, simply eating 500-800 calories per day isn't enough to lose those unwanted pounds and inches; especially if you want to keep them off for good - For that you must also use high quality pharmaceutical grade HCG. These days though it can be tough to find a trusted company that offers the HCG Diet in full. That's why I recommend hcgRx to all of my readers. Over the years running The HCG 411 Blog I have seen a lot of different HCG companies come and go but none of them are like hcgRx. I have had many personal conversations with the owners and have never met someone who cares as much about their products and users as they do. hcgRx has a wide variety of HCG Diet packages and products to choose from online.  While most people prefer to do a single 28 day round at a time, there are longer rounds available that can be done depending on your weight loss
