Addictive Ways To Lose Weight

Some methods of weight loss are not only addictive, but they can be deadly too!

Much like alcohol, drugs and cigarettes, people can also become addicted to losing weight. Some of the ways that people choose to get rid of those extra pounds can be just as addictive. And unless you diet in a healthy way, it can be just as dangerous too.

Think about it...

Here I have listed some of the more extreme ways to lose weight, that people can become addicted to...

Bulimia - I actually know a few different people that have had a problem with Bulimia. This is a very unhealthy way to lose weight, it can also be fatal too.

Some side effects of Bulimia are:

  • Severe stomach pain
  • Dehydration
  • Hoarding food
  • Mood swings
  • Heart palpitation
  • Going straight to the restroom right after a meal (to throw-up)
  • Use of laxatives
  • Binging (eating a large amount of food at one time)
  • Swollen cheeks
  • Eating alone
  • Depression
  • Death

Diet Pills - Now diet pills are not always a bad idea; but if you're not careful they can become a real problem.

Some side effects of diet pills are:

  • Constipation
  • Mood swings
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Heart palpitation
  • Dizziness
  • Anxiety
  • Headache
  • Stomach pain
  • Hypertension
  • Depression
  • Nausea
  • Death

Methamphetamine - Another name for Methamphetamine is "Crystal Meth". This drug is highly addictive and very much illegal. Even though the majority of people use meth to "get high", a lot of women, and even some men, say that they started using it to lose weight.

Some side effects of Methamphetamine are:

  • Mood swings
  • Anorexia
  • Depression
  • Memory loss
  • Insomnia
  • Heart palpitation
  • Impotence
  • Euphoria
  • Hallucinations and Delusions
  • Paranoia
  • Rotting teeth
  • Death

Did you notice that all 3 of these unhealthy ways to lose weight, have a few major things in common? Things like "Depression, Heart Palpitation and Death". These are all very possible side effects of Bulimia, Diet Pills, and Crystal Meth. The fact that people know these things even before doing them is disturbing.

Some people think that the HCG Diet should be included on this list, I strongly disagree. For the many years that the HCG Diet has been around, I have never heard of anyone dying from using it. The few side effects that some people do experience while doing the injections, are nothing in comparison to the ones listed above.

I think that the "Nae Sayers" of the HCG Diet, forget that the hCG Hormone is naturally produced inside of the human body.

In my opinion the HCG Diet is one of the safest and most effective ways to lose weight. Not only do people feel better while using it, but it promotes a healthier way of living even after it's been completed.

HCG Diet Dangers - Are there any? And if so, what are they? So what are the dangers associate with the HCG Diet? If you were to Google the term " HCG Diet Dangers ", you would get a bunch of sites trying to sell you something related to the HCG Diet.
