Intramuscular or Subcutaneous HCG Injections

Which type of injection works best, intramuscular or subcutaneous?

In the HCG Protocol, Dr. Simeons says that HCG Hormone injections should be intramuscular.

But what is an intramuscular injection?

This is when you push the syringe deep into the muscle when injecting yourself.

However, subcutaneous injections, which are just beneath the skin, seem to work well for people too. If you do decide to use this method, a tiny insulin needle will usually work best.

It has been said, that when you use the subcutaneous injection method, you will most likely need to increase the amount of HCG Hormone that you are injecting.

But is this true?

I don't think so - And this is why... A large number of people that I've talked to say that they prefer to inject themselves subcutaneously and most of them claim that they have not needed to increase their HCG Dose at all.

But everyone is different - So if you do use the subcutaneous method and are still feeling extremely hungry with the dose that you start at, I would recommend increasing the HCG Hormone 25IUs at a time until you are satisfied.

Of coarse if you're doing the HCG Weight Loss Program under the supervision of a doctor, you will want to consult them before making any changes to your dose.

How do you prefer to inject yourself? - Tell me in a comment below...
