Using Organic Foods On The HCG Diet

Is it better to eat organic foods on the HCG Diet?

Well, if you want the short answer... YES!

Organic is almost always the better way to go. But, you don't absolutely have to eat organic food to lose weight and keep it off. However, people need to be aware that at least part of their weight problem, is likely caused by the toxins that are in the foods that they eat.

If you continue to eat foods that are loaded with toxins, you will probably never be as healthy as you could be. I think that one of the most important changes to make, during and after the HCG Diet, is to start using Grass-Fed Beef, Free-Range Poultry, and Organic Fruits.


Keep in mind, these can sometimes be hard changes to make all at on time. So just try your best to do what you can; you will definitely be glad that you did.
