Apple Cinnamon Seltzer
Here's what you'll need...
- 1 - Whole Apple - Cut into wedges
- 1 Tiny Pinch - Cinnamon
- Stevia
- Seltzer
- 1 Handful - Ice
Note: This is one of those recipes that you just kind of wing it on the amounts.
Directions:
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender and flip it on!
- If you decide to use this recipe, make sure that you take out your allowed fruit for either your lunch or dinner.
