Have you ever felt sore after doing an HCG injection?
This is actually a pretty common thing. Today one of my readers, who decided to remain anonymous, left a question on a previously written blog post. This is what they asked...
When I do an injection in my leg it tends to hurt. It's usually not right away, but later on in the day. Why is that?
First of all - you are not alone. I think most of us have had this happen one time or another, especially if you are doing intramuscular injections. Basically what happens is... When you inject yourself you are sticking a foreign object into your body. And even though the syringe is not very big, it's still creating a small hole that wasn't there before.
How to ease the pain of injections:
To ease the pain that you feel after doing an HCG Injection - Simply massage the injection site in a circular motion for 1 to 2 minutes immediately after the injection. This should somewhat ease the pain, but you may still feel a little tender in that area. So make sure to rotate injection sites everyday.
