HCG Diet French Onion Soup
Here's what you'll need...
100 grams Beef Fully Cooked - Thinly Sliced
1 Whole Onion - Thinly Sliced
Roasted Garlic - Smashed
1 Melba Toast/Grissini Breadstick - Smashed
Broth
A Pinch of Sea-Salt
A Pinch of Sea-Salt
A Pinch of Pepper
Directions:
- Place Onion Slices into a saucepan that's oven-proof.
- Pour Broth over Onions. (Just enough to cover half of the onions)
- Simmer until Onions are nice and tender.
- Throw in a pinch of Sea-Salt and Pepper.
- Add Beef to the Onion Slices.
- Top with Smashed Garlic and Melba Toast/Grissini Breadstick.
- Place in oven and Broil until Melba Toast/Grissini Breadstick - garlic mixture starts to brown. (About 5 to 7 Minutes)
