3 Ways To Ease The Pain Of HCG Injections

Are HCG injections too painful for you to handle?

Pain is a huge issue for people that do the HCG Hormone Injections. So I thought that this would be a great topic for today's blog post.

Below I have made a list of 3 things that will help to ease the pain of having to injecting yourself with the HCG Hormone everyday. So lets get right to it, shall we...

3 Ways To Ease The Pain Of HCG Injections

  1. Take an ice-cube and rub it on the spot where you plan on doing the HCG injection - Do this for about 1 to 2 minutes or until it feels numb - Then, dry the area with a clean paper towel. After that, be sure to clean the injection site and syringe with alcohol - Do all of this fast before the numbness has a chance to wear off. Now you can do the HCG Hormone Injection.

  2. Right after you clean off the injection site with an alcohol pad, using your thumb and index finger - pinch and hold about an inch of your skin where you plan to do the injection. Then quickly do the HCG Injection in the area between your thumb and index finger, while you are still pinching the skin.

  3. After cleaning the syringe and injection site with an alcohol pad, gently poke yourself with the needle in the area you are going to inject yourself  - Your goal is to find a spot that is numb or where you can hardly feel the poke at all. When you find a good spot, this is where you should inject the HCG.

Now, any of these 3 things alone should work well to ease the pain of your daily HCG injections. But if you really want to feel NO PAIN AT ALL - You could try doing all 3 together, starting with 1, 2, then 3.

So first, you would rub the ice cube on the injection site. Then clean the area with an alcohol pad. Next you would pinch the skin. Then poke around with the syringe to find the least painful area.

But like I said, doing just one of the 3 things above should work fine. Now if you feel like it's not really the needle that's bothering you - Read about how you can help get rid of the stinging sensation that's caused by the HCG.

What do you think is the most painful part of the injection?

How The Hypothalamus Works

What the Hypothalamus Gland does and why it's so important to fix it... The Hypothalamus Gland is located directly below the Thalamus which is at the center of the brain. It controls many automatic functions of the human body. So this means that it can tell the autonomic nervous system what to do. The Hypothalamus also controls pituitary output by distributing certain chemicals to the pituitary's frontal lobe. To put it more simply, the Hypothalamus Gland organizes and controls many complex emotions, feelings and moods. It also controls all motivational states including hunger, appetite and food intake, and everything to do with the concept of pleasure including satisfaction, comfort and creative activities. The neurons in the Hypothalamus produce a number of Hypothalamic Neurotransmitters which relay information and instruction to all parts of the brain and body, directly influencing the Pituitary Gland. This is where the Growth Hormone, Thyroid Hormone Releasi...
