Let Me Show You How To Calculate Your Body Fat!
During this past week I have talked a lot about the new HCG Diet 411 Forum - It's a great addition to this blog, and it's a good place to go to get your questions answered. Not to mention that it is 100% FREE!!!
Today, one of our forum members brought up a great topic that I've never talked about before on the HCG Diet 411 Blog ... Calculating your body fat percentage.
So I thought that I would go ahead and blog about it today.

How To Calculate Your Body Fat For The HCG Diet?
This is really quite simple really. But keep in mind that the best time to use this formula is in the morning. Your body weight and waist measurements are the most accurate just after you wake up from having 7 to 8 hours of sleep.
Body Fat Formula For Women
Factor 1 - (Total body weight x 0.732) + 8.987
Factor 2 - Wrist measurement (at fullest point) / 3.140
Factor 3 - Waist measurement (at naval) x 0.157
Factor 4 - Hip measurement (at fullest point) x 0.249
Factor 5 - Forearm measurement (at fullest point) x 0.434
Lean Body Mass: Factor 1 "plus" Factor 2 "Minus" Factor 3 "Minus" Factor 4 "Plus" Factor 5
Body Fat Weight: Total body-weight "Minus" Lean Body Mass
Body Fat Percentage: (Body Fat Weight "Multiplied by" 100) "divided by" total body-weight
Or you can go and use this calculator here. http://www.healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-body-fat-test-2774-143.html
I think this is something that a lot of us wonder about, especially when you start losing a bunch of weight. But remember, to know how much you have actually lost, you have to do your measurements before starting the HCG Diet, so let's be sure to do that.
Have you taken your own measurements before?
