Well, if you are more hungry than usual, you can eat your fruit and Melba Toast/Grissini Bread-sticks between meals rather than with lunch and dinner.


But the number 1 thing that you can do is... Eat as much high calorie and fattening food as possible during your HCG Gorge Days.
