Having An Unplanned Interruption During The HCG Diet

Would you be prepared if you suddenly had an unexpected interruption during the HCG Diet?

Yesterday I talked to you about what to do if you hit your target weight before the HCG Diet ends - Today, I thought that I would talk about what you should do if you have an unplanned interruption during the HCG Diet.

What would qualify as an unplanned interruption?

An unplanned interruption would be - If you suddenly had to go out of town for some unexpected reason, and you think that it would be too difficult for you to continue the HCG injections and 500 Calorie Diet during that time.

So if for some reason you find yourself in this particular situation, here's what you would want to do...

Unplanned Interruption During The HCG Diet

First, you should stop the injections completely, but stay on the 500 Calorie Diet for 3 days - Just like you would at the end of a round. This will give your body enough time to break down the HCG Hormone. So that way when you start eating normal foods again, you won't pack on a bunch of weight.

After those 3 days, you would want to start Phase 3/Maintenance. Which basically means you can eat anything you'd like - except for sugars and starches. You should also be very conscious of your portions - This is an important step in keeping the weight off.

The downside of doing less than 23 HCG Injections is... That you are more likely to gain the weight back once you start eating normal foods again.

However, there is one other option that you might consider.

If you have an unplanned interruption take place before you complete your round of injections, but you know that you will be gone for less than 2 weeks you might want to...

Stop the injections, but continue the 500 Calorie Diet for another 3 days - Then, instead of starting Phase 3/Maintenance, you would just increase your diet to 800 - 1000 calories per day, by adding meat, eggs, cheese, and milk. You would want to do this everyday until you return - Then at that time, you would immediately start the injections and the 500 Calorie Diet until the round is complete.

Although it would be more work, it is better than stopping the injections prematurely. Even if you try to plan the HCG Diet around any vacations or trips - sometimes things happen that are out of your control.

How To Mix Your HCG Injections

If Your Interested In Knowing The Proper Way To Mix Your HCG Injections, Take A Look At The Video Below... In the past I have been asked for a more detailed explanation on how to mix your HCG for injections. So when I came across this video today on You Tube I just had to share with you. You'll see in this video how to mix 5000IU of HCG. But be sure to pay close attention to the little notes that pop up throughout the video. These notes will tell you how much you will need to inject for your exact dose. Mixing Instructions For HCG Injections If you plan on doing one round of 40 HCG Shots , it would be a good idea to get two 5000IU vials of the HCG Hormone rather than one 10000IU vial. Then, when the first 5000IU runs out you would simply mix the second. This way you will ensure that your HCG stays fresh for the full 40 days. However, if you do it this way you will most likely have a little bit of liquid HCG left over when your round is complete. But it's better to h...
