Lately, a lot of people have mentioned to me, that they need more recipes for the HCG Weight Loss Diet. Well, when you speak - I listen. Today, I am going to give you an mouth watering Phase 2 Recipe for HCG Halibut Tacos.
I know what you're thinking - And I never liked fish tacos either until I tried this recipe. So make sure you try it before you decide if you like them or not.
HCG Halibut Tacos
Here is what you'll need...
3 Tablespoons - Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Chicken or Veggie Broth
1 Clove - Garlic, (Minced)
1/4 Teaspoon - Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon - Black Pepper
100 grams - Fresh Halibut
Iceberg Lettuce
Directions:
1. Mix Lemon Juice, Broth, Garlic, Sea Salt and Black Pepper in a Zip-Lock Baggie.
2. Place Halibut in the Zip-Lock Bag.
3. Place in the refrigerator and let it marinate for 1 - 2 hours (But not much longer than 2 hours)
4. Remove fish from marinade and grill over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes - turning only once. (Make sure it's fully cooked)
5. Slice fish into large pieces - Then fill your Lettuce Leaf with fish.
Serving Suggestion:
These HCG Halibut Tacos are great with HCG Cucumber Salsa. Give it a try!
