Happy Birthday HCG Diet 411

The HCG Diet 411 Blog turns 1 year old today...

A little over a year and a half ago, my wife Suzy and I had just done our first round of the HCG Weight Loss Diet. We experienced such great results, Suzy decided that she was going to do a second.

One night we were doing a search online for some tips about how to have a more successful round. The only problem was, we couldn't find a site that had the information we were looking for.

That's when Suzy turned to me and said, "We should start our own blog about the HCG Diet". We wanted to create a one stop place where someone could find recipes, tips, and other helpful information about the HCG Diet.

However, I did take us a couple of months to get it all put together. But once we did there was no stopping us. We picked out a name, chose our blog template and wrote our first post all in one day. That day was October 23, 2009 - Which makes the HCG Diet 411 Blog 1 year old.

How old do you think that is in blog years?

Now the official blog launch was 2 months later in December 2009. But we couldn't be happier with the success that we have had with this blog. We are currently receiving thousands of visitors each month, and we really enjoy chatting with all of you in the 411 Forum.

Suzy and I just want to say thank you for helping to make this a wonderful year for the HCG Diet 411 Blog. And hopefully we will have many more to come.

Today is also my mother's birthday - Happy Birthday Mom!

Cheese On The HCG Diet - Is It Allowed?

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...

Bowel Movements On The HCG Diet

Is it normal to become constipated on the HCG Diet? While on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet and Hormone Injections, HCG Drops or HCG Pills, you may have noticed that your bowel movements are starting to become very few and far between. Unfortunately, constipation is one of the few side effects of the HCG Diet. The good news is that you are not alone. In fact, around 80% of all HCG Diet users experience this problem. Fortunately, there is something that you can do about it. So if it seems that you too are having a lot less bowel movements since you started the HCG Diet, read the information below to see what you can do about it. What To Do About Constipation On The HCG Diet: If constipation has become more of a problem since starting the HCG Diet, you can keep it from happening so often by drinking more water. The HCG Weight Loss Protocol says that you should be drinking at least 2 Liters of water per day. However, if you can drink closer to 1 gallon of water everyday, y...

How To Mix Your HCG Injections

If Your Interested In Knowing The Proper Way To Mix Your HCG Injections, Take A Look At The Video Below... In the past I have been asked for a more detailed explanation on how to mix your HCG for injections. So when I came across this video today on You Tube I just had to share with you. You'll see in this video how to mix 5000IU of HCG. But be sure to pay close attention to the little notes that pop up throughout the video. These notes will tell you how much you will need to inject for your exact dose. Mixing Instructions For HCG Injections If you plan on doing one round of 40 HCG Shots , it would be a good idea to get two 5000IU vials of the HCG Hormone rather than one 10000IU vial. Then, when the first 5000IU runs out you would simply mix the second. This way you will ensure that your HCG stays fresh for the full 40 days. However, if you do it this way you will most likely have a little bit of liquid HCG left over when your round is complete. But it's better to h...
