Are you an HCG Diet rookie?

If this is your first time doing the HCG Weight Loss Diet things can be a little bit scary. With so many things to remember it's only natural for a person to be somewhat nervous.

I think that it's partly because there has been so much controversy surrounding the HCG Diet. With all of the Nae Sayers out there, people are kind of freaked out by the time they end up doing the HCG Program.

However, there is really nothing to be afraid of. If you closely follow the HCG Protocol you should do fine. I know that it's easier said than done. But I think I have a few tips that just might help you out.


Tips For HCG Diet Beginners



Use Dr. Simeons Original HCG Protocol - For the first time around, I would recommend using the original Protocol by Dr. Simeons.

Read the entire protocol - So many people start the HCG Diet clueless about what they should do. This is because they don't read the entire protocol. So be sure to read the entire thing before you start.


Stick to the 500 Calorie Diet - Don't cut any corners, makes sure that you stick to the 500 Calorie Diet. If you're unsure about something, take a minute and look it up. 

Stay positive - This one is more important than you might think. If you have a positive attitude you are more likely to have positive results.

Don't be afraid of messing things up - There is really no one thing you can do to ruin the diet. Unless you keep making the same mistake over and over, you should be fine.

Join the HCG Diet 411 Forum - It's good to have others to talk with about the HCG Diet. So make sure that you take advantage of our forum.
