What To Do If You're On The HCG Diet During The Holidays

Do you know what to do if you find yourself on the HCG Diet during the holidays?

I know that it's always hard to hear, but the holidays are almost among us. Believe me, I'm just as shocked as you are - Just when we are getting use to the beautiful warm weather, it ends.

But why are we so surprised? After all, we know that the holidays come at the same time every year. I guess it's because none of us are really ready for them to start - This is especially true if you are going to be on the HCG Diet during that time of year.

It can be very difficult to have restrictions on your food during the holiday season. Some people just don't have the will power to resist temptation - So they cheat... And cheat... And cheat some more. This will usually result in weight gain or at the very least, a long Plateau.


However, it doesn't have to be this way for everyone. With a little bit of conscious planning, you can avoid gaining weight or hitting a Plateau. If you do things right, you could actually use the holidays to your advantage.

So if you are going to be on the HCG Weight Loss Diet during the holidays, here are a couple of things that I would recommend doing...

If You're On The HCG Diet During The Holidays:


Gorge: If you are going to be on the diet during Thanksgiving or Christmas, you should use it to your advantage - So try to eat as much as you can; the more you eat the better you will do on the diet.

Find Some Great Recipes: If you are on the 500 Calorie Diet during the holidays, have some great recipes on hand. You will be less likely to cheat if you have great meals to prepare.

Don't Give Up - Even If You Cheat: If you do end up cheating on your diet, keep going. Cheating is no reason to give up; just try to remember why you started the diet in the first place - Hopefully, that will motivate you to stay strong.

Have Moral Support: It can be hard to stick to the 500 Calorie Diet as it is, but if you are on it throughout the holidays, it will be even harder - So make sure that you have at least one person who can help give you some moral support.

Smaller Portions: If you find yourself on Phase 3 of the HCG Diet during the holidays, you will be free to eat anything you want - Just make sure that you're eating smaller portions.


Of coarse the best thing for you to do would be... Plan the diet around the holidays. But if you can't, these tips should help you to get through it a little bit easier.
