There are a lot of different definitions for failing. To one person it may mean not hitting their target weight loss goal - To someone else, failure might mean to constantly cheat on the diet.
But no matter what your definition is, it never feels good thinking that you have failed at something.
So below I have made a list of 8 common reasons that people fail on the HCG Weight Loss Diet. If you can avoid making these mistakes, you will be that much closer to success.

1. Not Reading The Protocol - I've said it before and I'll say it again - Not reading the protocol is the worst thing that you could do for yourself on the HCG Diet. Yet there are countless people who try to wing without even giving it a glance.
2. Not Following the Protocol - It's one thing to not read the protocol, but it's another to read it and not follow it. But this is another thing that people decide to do.
3. Not Doing Phase 3 - If you don't do Phase 3 correctly, Phase 2 will be worthless. You have to be ready to change for good. Especially if you have had weight problems in the past. People that don't think this way will fail.
4. Support - Not having some encouragement during a tough diet like this, will make you more prone to failing. I suggest using the 411 Forum for support.
5. Using Fake HCG - I truly believe that you need the real thing for this diet to work properly. If you don't use real HCG, this diet is much too hard to succeed with.
6. Cheating - Just flat out cheating. The HCG Weight Loss Program was designed to help you retrain your mind and body to perform normally. If you cheat, it will defeat the entire purpose of what the diet is supposed to do.
7. Sabotage Themselves - There are some people that subconsciously don't want to succeed. I know it sounds crazy, but some people can't stand the thought of giving up the things they love to eat. But what they don't understand is, they don't have to give up everything, they just need eat those things in smaller amounts and not near as often. When the diet is complete that is.
8. Stop Trying - Losing weight with the HCG Diet does take a lot of effort on your part - If you don't put forth the effort, you WILL fail.
