Something Everyone Should Add To Their HCG Diet Plan

How important do you think it is to do Phase 1?

It's no secret that the HCG Diet can help you to lose a lot of weight in a short period of time. Not only that, but there are many different ways to do this method of dieting -

You can choose from...

  • HCG Hormone Injections 
  • HCG Diet Pellets 
  • HCG Sublingual Drops 
  • Homeopathic Drops 
  • Homeopathic Spray

But no matter which way you decide to use, one of the most important parts of the HCG Weight Loss Diet is being prepared. One big problem that a lot of people immediately run into, is that they have this misconception that all they have to do is take the HCG and they will instantly start losing weight. But like I have said before, the HCG Hormone is not a magic shot that you can take to have your fat start falling off.

You must take into account all of the factors that make the HCG Diet work. Starting with the diet preparation; or as most people call it Phase 1. This part of the diet is largely ignored by most. But it really shouldn't be. After all, with type of regimen you will have to follow during Phase 2, you need all the prepping you can get.

Now don't get me wrong, you can still be successful without using Phase 1. But the majority of people who do use it have better results. This is probably because they are not just throwing themselves into shock when they do start the VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet). Seriously, it's kind of hard for people to jump right into such a strict diet protocol.

So when you start planning your diet, it's better start at the very beginning, with Phase 1. Here are some of the things you will need to do during this particular phase...

A Few Things To Do During Phase 1

  1. Drink Plenty Of Water - Drink one large glass of water immediately upon arising, and one-half to one gallon throughout the day.
     
  2. Walk Daily - Walk outside at a slow pace for about an hour a day.
     
  3. Extra Virgin Raw Coconut Oil - Use this as your fat of choice in cooking.
     
  4. Whole Food Supplement - Take a whole food supplement each day.
     
  5. Colon Cleanse - Doing a colon cleanse is beneficial in so many ways. Plus it will help you lose inches before you even start Phase 2.
     
  6. Eat Apples - Eat a minimum of two organic apples every day.
     
  7. Grapefruit - Eat a minimum of two organic grapefruits daily.
     
  8. Apple Cider Vinegar - Take one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar three times a day.
     
  9. Drink Green Tea - Try to drink a minimum of one cup of Green Tea per day.
     
  10. No Trans Fats - Stop eating any and all trans fats.

And many many other things as well.

Now if you find that you can't do all of the things listed for Phase 1, don't worry! If you just do as many of them as you can, this will help you out more than you will ever know.

So before you begin the HCG Weight Loss Diet, try taking on Phase 1. You'll be glad that you did.
