How Long The HCG Diet Really Lasts For

Do you know how long the HCG Diet really lasts for?

When you make the decision to do the HCG Weight Loss Diet, you will need to decide whether or not you are going to perform any part of Phase 1. This is something that is highly recommended, but it's not a requirement. If you make the choice to do Phase 1, you should know that it typically lasts for about a month; so make sure that you figure this into your "plan".

Phase 1 consists of doing various different things. Here are some of them...

Some Of The Things You'll Do On Phase 1
  1. Drink plenty of water
  2. Use coconut oil
  3. Perform a colon cleanse
  4. Use a whole food supplement
  5. Eat protein before bed
  6. Get plenty of sleep
  7. Eat hot peppers
  8. Use cinnamon
  9. No artificial sweeteners
  10. No microwaves
  11. No fast food
  12. Get plenty of sun
  13. Use saunas
  14. No lotions or creams
And many other things.

But like I have said before - Even though it takes a little bit of extra work to do this phase, it is well worth it.

After that you would move on to do your 2 Gorge days, this is also the beginning of Phase 2. During your load days you will want to eat plenty of fatty foods that are high in calories.

By this time you should have already decided whether you want to do 23 or 40 injections. If you choose to do 40 shots, you will need to skip one a week until you are done with that round. After the injections are complete, you would then do 3 more days of the 500 Calorie Diet.

Next, after doing those last 3 days of the VLCD, you would begin Phase 3 of the HCG Diet. The goal from here on out is to stay within 2 pounds of your weight as of the last day of Phase 2. The good news is, you can eat pretty much anything you want except sugars and starches for the 1st three weeks. For the next three weeks after that, you will slowly introduce sugars and starches into your diet.

So what comes after phase 3?

Well, Phase 4 of course - Which is also known as, LIFE! So when does it all end? It doesn't. That's right, Phase 4 is for the rest of your life. But if this sounds like a bad thing, it's not. Your life now will be different, yet better than before.

How The HCG Diet Makes Your Life Better

  • Your hunger will be normalized and will no longer be intense and constant.
  • You will be able to eat normal, small amounts of food and be satisfied and full.
  • You will no longer have uncontrollable urges to eat.
  • You will no longer eat when you are not hungry.
  • Your metabolism will be high.
  • You will not gain weight uncontrollably.
  • Your body will no longer store fat abnormally in the secure problem areas around your body.

These are things that most people would like to achieve, but because of our bad habits and unhealthy eating they have never been able to. However, by using the HCG Weight Loss Plan we can finally get our bodies back to the way they should be. So from now on if someone asks you how long you will be doing the HCG Diet for, just tell them for the rest of your life.

Cheese On The HCG Diet - Is It Allowed?

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...

How To Mix Your HCG Injections

If Your Interested In Knowing The Proper Way To Mix Your HCG Injections, Take A Look At The Video Below... In the past I have been asked for a more detailed explanation on how to mix your HCG for injections. So when I came across this video today on You Tube I just had to share with you. You'll see in this video how to mix 5000IU of HCG. But be sure to pay close attention to the little notes that pop up throughout the video. These notes will tell you how much you will need to inject for your exact dose. Mixing Instructions For HCG Injections If you plan on doing one round of 40 HCG Shots , it would be a good idea to get two 5000IU vials of the HCG Hormone rather than one 10000IU vial. Then, when the first 5000IU runs out you would simply mix the second. This way you will ensure that your HCG stays fresh for the full 40 days. However, if you do it this way you will most likely have a little bit of liquid HCG left over when your round is complete. But it's better to h...
