Itchiness - Another Irritating Side Effect Of HCG

If you have been feeling itchy while on the HCG Diet, you're not alone...

Recently I learned of a not so common side effect of the HCG Hormone... Itchiness.

In the HCG Diet 411 Forum today, one of our members posted a thread about how they constantly feel itchy since they started the HCG Diet. I'll be honest with you, this is something that I haven't heard too much about, so I did a little bit of research.

It seems that it is more common for a person to feel kind of itchy at the injection site. Then there are some who feel extremely itchy all over their body. Others say that they mainly feel itchy on the palms of their hands and on the bottom of their feet.

But this isn't exclusive to people using injections. In fact, half the people who have this happen aren't even doing the HCG Shots. This can occur in people who are using the Sublingual drops as well.

So why do people feel itchy after taking the HCG Hormone?

Well, there could be a couple of different reasons...

1. Food Allergy - You might feel itchy if you are having an allergy to one of the new foods you are eating. This will happen if you eat something that you didn't know you were allergic to.

If this is the case, you will want to be mindful of that particular food. So be sure to keep a detailed food journal. This way you will know what you have eaten the next time this happens.

2. HCG Allergy - If you are feeling itchy after taking the HCG Hormone, it could be that you are having a small reaction to the HCG. However, for most people it isn't enough to cause concern.

But if you are one of these people who experience unbearable itchiness you may want to talk with your doctor.

One thing that might help is using plenty of Aveeno moisturizer - Also, try not to take hot hot baths or showers. Some people say that taking a slightly warm bath seems to help.

A large majority of the comments that I read, say that the itchiness subsided after the first couple of weeks after starting the diet. There were also a lot of people who say that they feel itchy only around the time they go to bed. But for others, it is all throughout the day.

I think it's also worth mentioning that itchiness is a common side effect found in pregnant women. This makes sense, because the HCG Hormone is largely produced by women during pregnancy.

So even though this is an annoying side effect, most people say that it's not enough to make them stop using the HCG Weight Loss Diet. You be the judge. Good luck my friends.

HCG Diet Phase 2

If you don't know everything there is to know about Phase 2 of the HCG Diet, you need to keep reading... In my last post I gave you Phase 1 of the HCG Diet . And like I told you yesterday, the 1st phase of the diet is highly recommended. So if you haven't done it yet, make sure this is something that you at least consider before starting the 500 Calorie Diet. Now I am sure I don't have to tell you that Phase 2 is the most important part of the HCG Diet when it comes to losing weight. In fact, this is the phase that you will lose all of your weight in. So if you haven't read this part of the protocol, here is Phase 2 in its entirety... Phase 2 of the HCG Diet The entire manuscript that describes this protocol is entitled, Pounds and Inches: A New Approach to Obesity - by Dr. A.T.W. Simeons, M.D.   (THIS PHASE MUST BE DONE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A LICENSED HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER!) Day One: Take an injection of between 125-200 units of h

Buy Real HCG Injections Online

Buy Real HCG Here! The HCG Diet Plan is without a doubt the fastest and most effective way to lose  weight still even in 2024. However, simply eating 500-800 calories per day isn't enough to lose those unwanted pounds and inches; especially if you want to keep them off for good - For that you must also use high quality pharmaceutical grade HCG. These days though it can be tough to find a trusted company that offers the HCG Diet in full. That's why I recommend hcgRx to all of my readers. Over the years running The HCG 411 Blog I have seen a lot of different HCG companies come and go but none of them are like hcgRx. I have had many personal conversations with the owners and have never met someone who cares as much about their products and users as they do. hcgRx has a wide variety of HCG Diet packages and products to choose from online.  While most people prefer to do a single 28 day round at a time, there are longer rounds available that can be done depending on your weight los

Cheese On The HCG Diet - Is It Allowed?

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer
