Now let me just start this post by saying, in no way am I condoning cheating on the HCG Diet.

Furthermore, I discourage anyone from cheating at all - it can sabotage the diet and everything that you are working toward.

Not only is the HCG Diet supposed to help you lose weight, but it can also help you to have a more normal appetite so that you can keep your new-found figure. But if you cheat throughout the entire diet, you are most likely not going to achieve these things.

With that being said, most people who cheat on a diet such as this, tend to feel very guilty about doing it. This will sometimes even help them to be more successful on the diet.

I also realize that regardless of what I, or anyone else says, people do cheat. So really, the purpose of this post is not to encourage you to cheat, it's more or less meant to help you make better decisions about how you cheat.

So if you are going to do the unthinkable and cheat on the HCG Diet, this is how you should do it...

The Best Way To Cheat On The HCG Diet:

1. Stay Away From Sugar: As most of you already know, sugar is a big No No. So make sure that you stay far away from it. Which means, if you do cheat do it with a sugar-free food.

2. No Fast Food: This is one of the worst things that you could do to yourself on or off of the HCG Diet. So don't go near those fast food restaurants if you do find the sudden urge to cheat.

3. Keep It To A Minimum: Many people think that if they are going to cheat they might as well go big. Don't be one of these people, try to keep it small.

I know, I'm taking all of the fun out of cheating aren't I. But seriously, wouldn't you rather have some dignity after your little food affair is all said and done.

Plus, if you haven't noticed by now, I am trying to take most of the options off of the table. This way you'll see that this cheating thing is just a bad idea and not really worth the trouble.

But if you are one of those stubborn people out there that just has to be bad, this is what you should do it with...

Foods To Cheat With On The HCG Diet:

1. Fruits: There are plenty of sweet fruits that aren't allowed on the diet, and if you cheat with one of those, you aren't going to feel half as bad.

2. Vegetables: You may have noticed that there are a lot of vegetables not listed on the HCG Diet Menu either - So if you have to cheat, snack on some of them.

3. Sugar Free ______: No matter what it is, stay away from the sugar.

Again, I just want to say that I don't approve of cheating on the HCG Diet. But if you must cheat, do it wisely.

One more thing, if you are constantly battling the urge to cheat, you might want to consider increasing your dose. If that doesn't work, try saving your Grissini Bread-Stick and fruit to eat between meals. Or you might even try eating some Miracle Noodles to fill you up.

But the best thing that you can do is simply occupy your time. Just try to keep busy, because the less you think about cheating, the less likely you are to cheat.
