The other day, I was looking through some articles that I had written recently, when I realized that I haven't given you any new HCG Recipes lately. So I figured today I would do just that.

You are going to absolutely love this - It's a recipe for Crab Salad, HCG Style. To be honest, I usually don't like to eat crab unless it's straight out of the shell. But when Suzy prepares it this way I make an exception. So here is your new delicious Phase 2 HCG Recipe.

Crab Salad HCG Style

Here's what you'll need...

100 Grams - Crab Cut Into Small Cubes
2 Teaspoons - Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon - Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon - Minced Onion
1 Pinch - Onion Powder
1 Pinch - Garlic Powder
1 Pinch - Sea Salt
1 Pinch - Black Pepper


  1. Steam Crab.
  2. Cut into small cubes.
  3. Mix in Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice and Minced Onion.
  4. Add Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.

Serving Suggestion:

If you'd like, you can serve this over a mixed Green Salad, with a Grissini Bread-stick and an Apple. This will take care of an entire meal.
