In yesterdays post, " What To Do After The HCG Injections Stop " we talked about the goal of the Maintenance Phase - Which of coarse is to stay within 2 pounds of what you weighed on your last injection day, or on the last day of taking your HCG Drops or Pellets. HCG Diet Phase 2

If you don't know everything there is to know about Phase 2 of the HCG Diet, you need to keep reading... In my last post I gave you Phase 1 of the HCG Diet . And like I told you yesterday, the 1st phase of the diet is highly recommended.
