HCG Recipes Phase 1

Would you like to know which HCG Diet Recipes for Phase 1 are okay to eat?

Woman cooking in the kitchen
With all of the different HCG Protocols these days, there is no shortage of information on the internet.

The good news is that all of these protocols usually have one thing in common, they all have Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the HCG Diet; and a handful of them even include Phase 4.

But with all of this information floating around on the world wide web, there's not a lot of talk about what to eat during Phase 1 of the HCG Diet.

Which is funny because the topic of HCG Recipes, Phase 1 in particular, is something that a lot of people want to know about. Unfortunately, when you try to find some of these recipes, they can be as elusive as the Loch Ness Monster.

So today I wanted to try and make this discussion a little more transparent by telling you which recipes are okay to include on your HCG Diet Menu.

Keep in mind, when I refer to Phase 1 I am NOT talking about the 500 Calorie part of the diet. In most of the protocols that you come across, the 500 Calorie Diet is commonly known as Phase 2.

So if you are looking for 500 Calorie Diet recipes, we have plenty right here on this blog. However, they will most likely be labeled as Phase 2 recipes.

But if you have not yet begun the VLCD and you are indeed looking for the recipes for Phase 1 we have plenty of those too.

So where can you find some these HCG Recipes - Phase 1?

The truth is that most of the recipes that are allowed for Phase 2 of the HCG Diet, are also okay to eat during Phase 1. However, you DO NOT want to start eating only 500 Calories a day while on this phase - In fact, Kevin Trudeau says you should be eating 4 to 6 times per day. You will want to eat regular size portions as well.

So like I said above, for Phase 1 HCG Recipes you can use anything that is safe for Phase 2 - But if you are in need of some free HCG Diet Recipes, you can get 12 of my favorites delivered right to your email address by clicking here.

And along with the HCG Recipes that I send you for Phase 2, you will also receive 6 Phase 3 recipes as well - So be sure to hang on to those until you reach the Maintenance Phase of the diet.

Now lets take a look at some of the things that Kevin Trudeau recommends you do for Phase 1 of the HCG Diet...

Cheese On The HCG Diet - Is It Allowed?

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...

How To Mix Your HCG Injections

If Your Interested In Knowing The Proper Way To Mix Your HCG Injections, Take A Look At The Video Below... In the past I have been asked for a more detailed explanation on how to mix your HCG for injections. So when I came across this video today on You Tube I just had to share with you. You'll see in this video how to mix 5000IU of HCG. But be sure to pay close attention to the little notes that pop up throughout the video. These notes will tell you how much you will need to inject for your exact dose. Mixing Instructions For HCG Injections If you plan on doing one round of 40 HCG Shots , it would be a good idea to get two 5000IU vials of the HCG Hormone rather than one 10000IU vial. Then, when the first 5000IU runs out you would simply mix the second. This way you will ensure that your HCG stays fresh for the full 40 days. However, if you do it this way you will most likely have a little bit of liquid HCG left over when your round is complete. But it's better to h...
