Today I was thinking about what HCG topic to write about, when I realized that I hadn't shared any new recipes with you recently. So I figured I would go ahead and do just that.

I have to warn you though, after you try this you will probably have a new favorite meal for the HCG Diet. But before I waste anymore of your time, here is your new HCG Recipe - Phase 2...

HCG Shrimp Stuffed Tomato

Here's what you'll need...

  • 100 Grams - Cooked Shrimp (chopped)
  • 1 Tomato
  • Juice From 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon - Parsley
  • 1 Pinch - Sea Salt
  • 1 Pinch - Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Chop up shrimp.
     
  2. In small bowl, combine chopped Shrimp, Parsley, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
     
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
     
  4. When your ready to serve, cut off the top of tomato and scoop out the insides (But don't throw away).
     
  5. Chop and combine inside of tomato with shrimp mix.
     
  6. Fill tomato with Shrimp/Tomato mixture.

That's it, just serve and enjoy!
