HCG Shrimp Stuffed Tomato
Here's what you'll need...
- 100 Grams - Cooked Shrimp (chopped)
- 1 Tomato
- Juice From 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Tablespoon - Parsley
- 1 Pinch - Sea Salt
- 1 Pinch - Black Pepper
Directions:
- Chop up shrimp.
- In small bowl, combine chopped Shrimp, Parsley, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- When your ready to serve, cut off the top of tomato and scoop out the insides (But don't throw away).
- Chop and combine inside of tomato with shrimp mix.
- Fill tomato with Shrimp/Tomato mixture.
That's it, just serve and enjoy!
