HCG Recipes Phase 2 - Orange Ginger Chicken

This Is One Phase Two Recipe That You Won't Want To Miss...

Today as I was browsing the world wide web for some new HCG Diet Recipes, I came across one that sounded absolutely delicious - HCG Orange Ginger Chicken.

Now I have actually had this one time before when I was not on the HCG Diet and I loved it. So I thought that this would be something that all of my wonderful readers might want to try.

HCG Recipes Phase 2 - Orange Ginger Chicken

This is what you'll need...

  • 100 grams - Chicken (Cut Into Cubes)
  • 1 Orange Diced Up
  • 2 Cloves - Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon - Fresh Ginger Root (Peeled And Miced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Basil
  • Juice Of 1/2 Lemon


Directions:

  1. Over medium heat, stir fry Chicken about 7 to 10 minutes or until brown.
  2. Add Garlic and continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Now throw in your diced Orange, Basil, Ginger, and Lemon Juice.
  4. Cover and simmer for around 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy.


Remember, this will count as your serving of fruit, protein, and juice from 1/2 lemon.
