Now I have actually had this one time before when I was not on the HCG Diet and I loved it. So I thought that this would be something that all of my wonderful readers might want to try.

HCG Recipes Phase 2 - Orange Ginger Chicken
This is what you'll need...
- 100 grams - Chicken (Cut Into Cubes)
- 1 Orange Diced Up
- 2 Cloves - Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon - Fresh Ginger Root (Peeled And Miced)
- 1/2 teaspoon - Basil
- Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
Directions:
- Over medium heat, stir fry Chicken about 7 to 10 minutes or until brown.
- Add Garlic and continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Now throw in your diced Orange, Basil, Ginger, and Lemon Juice.
- Cover and simmer for around 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
Remember, this will count as your serving of fruit, protein, and juice from 1/2 lemon.
