With the amount of HCG Diet Protocols out there, people are confused about which one they are supposed to use.

But I think what's even more confusing is that so many people think all the different protocols are the same, when in fact they are not. While the majority of them do fall pretty close to Dr. Simeons Original HCG Protocol, there are some that don't even belong in the same category.

When Dr. Simeons HCG Diet was created, he did years of research and studies to determine what would be the best plan of action. But nowadays, I wouldn't be surprised if some of these doctors just put different ideas into a hat and just pulled them out at random.

That's why I like the original protocol so much, there was a reason for everything that was included. Whether it's the protein, fruit, or vegetables those things were specifically chosen because they work well for this diet.

Honestly there are all kinds of protocols for the HCG Weight Loss Program. And while most of them start off with the same concept as Dr. Simeons HCG Diet, there are some that go off in a completely different direction.

Now I'm not saying that the other HCG Protocols out there won't work, because some of them can. You just have to make sure that you choose the one that's going to be right for you.

Which HCG Protocol Is The Best One To Use?

In my opinion everyone should use Dr. Simeons HCG Diet Protocol for their first time around. You might even take some of Kevin Trudeau's advice in utilizing Phase 1. But either way, I think that it's very important for everyone to read the original HCG Protocol before starting this diet. This way you'll have a better understanding of what the diet is all about.
