Your To Do List For Starting The HCG Diet

The List Below Will Help You Be Better Prepared For Starting The HCG Diet!

List of Things to do
There is a lot of things that you need to do to get ready for the HCG Weight Loss Diet.

Unfortunately, there's not a specific list out there that tells you exactly how to get yourself prepared.

So today I've put together my own little To-Do-List for starting the HCG Diet. Hopefully this will help some of you beginners to be a little bit more prepared for what's to come.

Because the more ready you are for what lies ahead, the better your chances are of succeeding with this diet.

Your To Do List For Starting The HCG Diet:

  1. Order Your HCG: It can sometimes take a while for things like this to arrive. So be sure to order your HCG before you do anything else.
  2. Set A Date: After you have an idea of when your HCG will be delivered, set your start date and stick to it.
  3. Read The Entire HCG Diet Protocol: Before you can start the diet you need to first read the entire HCG Protocol front to back.
  4. Start Phase One: Do as much of Phase 1 as possible. But if nothing else, you should at least do a colon cleanse.
  5. Start Planning Meals: It's always good to have some HCG recipes on hand. So get some recipes and start planning your meals.
  6. Go Shopping: Go to the grocery store and stock up on all of your protein, vegetables, fruit and Grissini Breadsticks.
  7. Get A Gorge Foreman Grill: Although it's not mandatory, a Gorge Foreman Grill is a crucial tool for losing weight on the HCG Diet.
  8. Clean House: Get rid of all the junk food that might tempt you. This will also help you to get mentally prepared.
  9. Gorge: Once you receive your order and the big date rolls around, you should start taking the HCG and commence Gorging.
  10. Begin The 500 Calorie Diet: And finally, after you complete your Gorge Days you will then begin the 500 Calorie Diet.

One other thing that you may want to consider is getting yourself a copy of Kevin Trudeau's The Weight Loss Cure "THEY" Don't Want You To Know About. Kevin's book is kind of like an updated version of Dr. Simeons HCG Protocol. After all, a lot has changed since the original protocol was written.

But remember, no matter what you do just make sure that you take it seriously ... Because what you do before the diet begins, can be just as important as what you do while on the actual diet itself.

Cheese On The HCG Diet - Is It Allowed?

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...

Fortunately, there is something that you can do about it. So if it seems that you too are having a lot less bowel movements since you started the HCG Diet, read the information below to see what you can do about it. What To Do About Constipation On The HCG Diet: If constipation has become more of a problem since starting the HCG Diet, you can keep it from happening so often by drinking more water. The HCG Weight Loss Protocol says that you should be drinking at least 2 Liters of water per day. However, if you can drink closer to 1 gallon of water everyday, y...

How To Mix Your HCG Injections

If Your Interested In Knowing The Proper Way To Mix Your HCG Injections, Take A Look At The Video Below... In the past I have been asked for a more detailed explanation on how to mix your HCG for injections. So when I came across this video today on You Tube I just had to share with you. You'll see in this video how to mix 5000IU of HCG. But be sure to pay close attention to the little notes that pop up throughout the video. These notes will tell you how much you will need to inject for your exact dose. Mixing Instructions For HCG Injections If you plan on doing one round of 40 HCG Shots , it would be a good idea to get two 5000IU vials of the HCG Hormone rather than one 10000IU vial. Then, when the first 5000IU runs out you would simply mix the second. This way you will ensure that your HCG stays fresh for the full 40 days. However, if you do it this way you will most likely have a little bit of liquid HCG left over when your round is complete. But it's better to h...
