Today I dropped off my wife Suzy, her mom, and my 2 boys at the airport. They're going to Disneyland and Lego-Land for 7 days - I sure am going to miss them.

But as we were on our way to the airport we discussed with my 2 boys what to do if they were to somehow get separated from each other. Because in a situation like that it's good to have a plan in place.

Of coarse it is equally important to have a plan in place for when you are on the HCG Weight Loss Diet. In fact, how prepared you are can sometimes mean the difference between success and failure on this diet.

Here's a few tips to help you be a little bit more prepared...

Tips To Help You Have A Good HCG Diet Plan

  • Plan your diet around your menstrual cycle.
  • Plan your diet around any vacations you might have coming up.
  • Plan out all of your meals.
  • Learn the protocol so that you know what you can and cannot do while on the diet.
  • If you go out to eat, know what is in the food you're eating.
  • If you plan on cheating do it in a way that won't compromise your diet. example: Fruits and vegetables.
  • Surround yourself with people who will encourage you to stick to your diet plan.
  • If you are going somewhere pack yourself a meal just in case your plan changes.
  • Write your plan down.
  • Don't go places that may temped you.

But the best thing that you can do for yourself is to have a plan and always try to stick to it.

Because whether you're in Disneyland or sitting at home, it's important to be ready for anything that happens.
