It's no secret that most people hate seeing pictures of themselves; especially if you are not looking your absolute best.

 I would say that it's almost as bad as hearing a recording of your own voice.

 So when you do the HCG Diet, is it really a good idea to take the dreaded before and after pictures?
Yes!

 And I know that it's not the after pictures that everyone hates, it's the before that most people don't like doing. But in my opinion, they should be mandatory. 

 Think about it... 

 With this diet you not only have the ability to drop a massive amount of weight, but you can lose a ton of inches as well. But how will you really know unless you snap off a couple of pictures in the beginning and at the end of each round.

 This is why I say that the "Before and After Pictures" are a must! The good news is, you don't have to show anyone. But after you lose all of that extra luggage, you will probably want to show as many people as possible.

 Note: It is a good idea for you to take before and after measurements of yourself as well.
