In life we all have to make sacrifices at one time or another. Whether you sacrifice time with your family for work, or the other way around - We all have to make these kinds of decisions at one time or another.

However, when making the choice to do the HCG Diet, it can be hard to give up those foods that you have come to enjoy. Now for some this sacrifice comes easy, but for others it can be a difficult thing to let go of.

But why is it so hard to say goodbye to the foods that are causing our bodies harm?

Because much like cigarettes or alcohol, food become just as much of an addiction. The thing that makes it so difficult is that you don't think of it in that way. Nobody likes to think of their favorite ice cream as something bad.

However, this is a sacrifice that you must choose to make if you want to be successful with this diet. Now I'm not just talking about losing weight, I'm also talking about resetting your Hypothalamus Gland, and fixing your bodies metabolism.

And after all this years of unhealthy living, it can be harder than you might think.

But one thing that may bring you comfort is knowing that you have to sacrifice everything forever. After you complete the diet, somethings will be okay to have; you'll just have to do it in moderation.

So remember, even though it can be hard to make these sacrifices, it will be worth it.
