How Important Is It To Reward Yourself For Losing Weight With The HCG Diet?
As parents, Suzy and I believe in rewarding our children when they reach a certain goal or accomplish something difficult.
Sometimes the reward we give them is small, and other times it can be pretty big. But most of the time it depends on what they have done that decides what reward they will receive.
Either way, we try to teach our children that even though something might be hard, they should see it through and strive to reach their goals.
Well I think that the same thing is true for people who are losing weight with the HCG Diet - Or any other diet for that matter. Because most of us who end up on a diet like this have usually had problems with weight all of our lives.
This is why it's so important to reward yourself for a job well-done on the HCG Diet.
Now you don't have to do something every pound you lose - But I think you should at least reward yourself with something small at the end of each week. This will give you all the more reason to work toward hitting your weight loss goal.
Then at the end of the diet you can go all out and do something really big for yourself.

But in the end no matter how you decide to reward yourself, just be sure that you do something for achieving your goal. Because even though losing a bunch of weight is a reward in itself, having a little something extra to look forward to can sometimes push you to succeed.
