How Important Is It To Set Goals For Yourself On The HCG Diet?
Like a lot of people out there my wife is really big on writing down everything that she has going on. She writes down her schedule for the day, and even her goals for that month.
As for me, I have always been the type of guy that likes to simply try and remember everything. However, I have paid many late bills because of my method of doing things.
Recently I began following my wife's example - I have now started writing down important, and even not so important dates and goals. Believe it or not, it actually helps to do this.
So today I wanted to pass on this little tip to all of you HCG Diet users. Because by doing this, it will only help to increase your chances of success.
Tips For Setting Goals On The HCG Diet
- First off you don't need to bother setting a daily goal for weight loss, your target end weight should be enough.
- Write down all of your goals and track your progress. This will help keep you motivated.
- Try setting goals like exercising for 30 minutes a day, or to walk a mile.
- You might even set a goal of no cheating.
- If you have a tough time drinking water like I do, set a goal to drink the suggested amount of water in a day.
- Set goals like trying a new recipe.
- If it is your 2nd or 3rd round you probably have stopped weighing things and are just eyeballing it - So you might set a goal to weigh every piece of protein.
- Another goal you might set for yourself is to keep a more detailed food journal.
- If you are still on phase 1, you might set a goal to do a colon cleanse.
But no matter what you set as your goals, just make sure you're doing it. Who knows, setting goals could be the difference between success and failure on the HCG Weight Loss Diet.
