For HCG Dieters, I think it's important to learn about everything that is going on with the diet - Including the things that people are saying about it.

An easy way to do this is to be a part of an HCG Diet community like our very own HCG 411 Forum. Our members are always discussing the latest news and topics with the diet. Sometimes, they tell me about things that I didn't even know about.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to spend as much time there lately as I'd like to - But I do make it a point to drop in at least once a day.
