What Is Your Main Reason For Doing The HCG Diet?

I know if I ask the question, "Why Are You Doing The HCG Diet?" the response that I will likely get is...

To Lose Weight!!!

But what I mean is - why do you want to lose weight?

Some might say it's to get healthy, or to feel better about themselves - And I think those are great reasons to do the diet. That's because either way you look at it, you are doing the diet for you.

However, there are people out there that are doing the diet for all the wrong reasons.

I talked to a young woman the other day, about 23 years old, and she really didn't look like she needed to lose any weight at all. But for some reason she was dead set on doing the HCG Diet Program. So I politely asked her...

Why Is It That You Want To Do The HCG Diet So Badly? 

What she told me next was somewhat of a surprise - She proceeded to tell me that this guy she has been dating for a few months told her how he is used to dating skinny girls, and that he thought she could stand to lose a few pounds. She also said that he has been making comments about her being fat ever since they started dating.

Well right away my "Superman Complex" kicked in and I wanted to save her from this jerk. But obviously she had feelings for the guy; otherwise she probably would have slapped him across the face and broke it off with him the second those words came out of his mouth.

So instead of insulting (or assaulting) her boyfriend, I explained to her in a nice way that she probably wouldn't experience long lasting success on this diet if she was doing it for those reasons.

Here's why - If you are trying to lose weight so that you can look better for some other person, what do you think will happen if that relationship don't work out or you suddenly lose interest - I'll tell you what will happen, you will likely stop worrying about following the HCG protocol.

This is why you have to want to do it for you. So whether it's for your health or to feel better about yourself, you need to be the number one reason for doing  the diet.

Sure, if you want to have "look better for my boyfriend or girlfriend" as the 5th reason for doing it, that's fine. But no matter what, you and only you should be at the top of that list.

So before you start the diet, make sure to ask yourself...
