I'm sure that I don't have to tell you how well the HCG Diet works - It's no secret that there are millions of people world wide using this particular method of weight loss.

And out of all those people, most of them have successfully lost weight. However, with the HCG Diet Plan losing weight is the easy part - The more difficult part of the diet comes when it's time to move on to phases 3 and 4.

Because if you don't have the dedication to complete these phases of the diet, you will most likely have to start the whole process all over again.

So how can you successfully complete these phases?

By challenging yourself!

I know, it sounds silly - But think about it... Every great accomplishment in life have challenges to overcome. That's what makes it so great when you do finally reach your goal.

Even if it is something as simple as a home improvement project. It may be a challenge in the beginning, but you continue to push yourself because you know that the end result is worth it.

So to succeed with the HCG Diet you have to do the same thing - You must constantly push and challenge yourself to get to your target weight loss goal.

A good tip to remember is, the smaller the challenges are, the easier they will be to complete.

For example: Rather than telling yourself that you need to exercise everyday to speed up your weight loss - You might say I'm going to go on a short 15 minute walk today. But while you are on your walk, give yourself another small challenge by extending your time from 15 to 20 minutes. Then, do the same thing the following day. It really is as simple as that.

And remember, anything worth doing has challenges; and losing weight is definitely worth doing. So if you continue to challenge yourself, not only will you successfully hit your target weight, you will be able to keep it off as well.
