A Step In The Right Direction

Which Direction Are You Headed In?

The other day I wrote a post about sharing with us the amount of weight that you have lost; and I still would very much like for all of you to do that.

This gives other people a chance to see the kind of things can be accomplished with the HCG Diet. So of coarse I am very happy to see when people do this.

For the most part people are excited and enthusiastic when they tell other people how well they are losing.

However, I have noticed that when the weight loss slows down a bit and they are not losing as much, they tend to sound a little discouraged. It usually sounds something like this...

"I was losing 1 to 2 pounds a day in the beginning, but the past few days I have only lost about 1/2 pound per day"


See, what a lot of people don't understand is losing 1/2 pound a day is actually the average rate of weight loss for a woman. And although there are plenty of women out there that do lose 1 pound or more per day, it is more typical to see these results from a man.

Another thing to remember is your weight loss will usually slow down after the first week or two of being on the HCG Weight Loss Diet Plan. It's my belief that the body gets more and more used to the Low Calorie Diet the longer you are on it.

That's why I say to be proud of yourself no matter how much weight you lose. Because even with a weight loss program as great as this one, it's still hard to break life long eating habits.

So remember, whether it's 1/2 pound or 3 pounds, it's all a step in the right direction - And at the end of the day, it's still helping you to get that much closer to your target weight loss goal!
