HCG Recipe - Homemade HCG Chicken Broth

Here Is An HCG Recipe That's Just Like Your Mother Used To Make...

I know that many times in the past I have given you plenty of HCG Recipes that call for your choice of broth. So today I wanted to give you a recipe that allows you to create your own HCG Chicken Broth to use with these recipes or any other way that you'd like.

Now I'm sure I don't have to tell you how much better it is for you to make your own food right there in your home - This way you know exactly which ingredients have been used to make whatever it is you're putting in your body.

Sometimes not knowing what's in your food can mean the difference between losing and not losing weight. So lets get started...

Homemade HCG Chicken Broth

  • 100 Grams - Chicken
  • 1 Pinch - Parsley
  • 1 Pinch - Onion Powder
  • 1 Pinch - Garlic
  • 1 Pinch - Oregano
  • 1 Pinch - Thyme
  • 1 Pinch - Basil
  • 1 Pinch - Bay Leaf
  • 1 Pinch - Sea Salt
  • 1 Pinch - Black Pepper
  • Water


Directions:

  1. Fill a large saucepan up half way with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add seasonings and Chicken.
  3. Boil for about 30 minutes.
  4. Remove Chicken (You can save this for later use)
  5. Strain out any seasonings that remain.
  6. Let broth cool to room temperature.
  7. Skim any visible fat off of the top.
  8. Refrigerate (Once cold, you may have to skim more fat off of the top)
  9. That's it, you can use your broth now or refrigerate for later use.
