I don't know about you, but I just love it when I see the HCG Diet being featured in the news or on talk shows.

Well needless to say, I got real excited today when I ran into a video clip of the Rachael Ray Show where Rachael discusses the HCG Diet with Dr. Ian Smith and a couple of women who have successfully done 2 rounds of the diet.

Now even though this is just a short clip that aired a couple of months ago, I think it's awesome that they talk about the diet on shows as popular as Rachael Ray - This shows how big the diet has become in just a short amount of time.
