So what is this little trick that helps distract you from your HCG Diet hunger?

Well, this may sound a little silly, but it's simply reading a great book! Getting into a good book can make you forget about almost anything.

You know how you see a good movie and when you try to tell someone about it, they say the book was much better, well it's true, the book is usually much better. That's because a good writer can paint a picture better than any image you see on a movie screen.

To be honest, I never was much of a reader - But once I found a book that I liked, my wife had to beg me to put it down and get some sleep. And as far as eating goes, once I get into a good book, she usually has to remind me to do that too. Now-a-days our family makes weekly trips to the local library.

Now I'm sure that most of you already do plenty of reading, but the next time you feel hungry and it wont subside, pick up a good book and see if that doesn't help you forget all about the food you are craving.
