Do You Know Which Syringes Are Best For Using With The HCG Weight Loss Diet?
If you are doing the HCG Hormone Injections, you will have to decide whether you are doing subcutaneous or intramuscular shots.
But first you must know the difference between the two - Subcutaneous is where you inject just beneath the skin... Intramuscular is where you actually inject into the muscle.
These days, it seems that most people are using the subcutaneous method.
After you decide which way to do the injections, you will need to choose the right type of syringe to use.
But Which Syringes Should You Use For HCG Injections?
If you have recently shopped around for syringes, you've probably noticed that there are about 5 million different types to choose from. However, you need to make sure that you get the right ones.
Needles are differentiated based on their length and diameter. The length of needles range from between 1/2-inch to 3 inches. The diameter of a needle is measured in gauges.
A 25-gauge needle has a smaller diameter than a 19-gauge needle. As the needle gauge gets bigger, the needle's diameter gets smaller. Two different needles may have the same length and have different gauge sizes.
Needle gauges range from between 7 gauge being the largest, to 33 gauge the smallest.
However, if you do decide to do subcutaneous injections, which is the method that I would suggest using, then you should probably go with a smaller insulin syringe.
I would recommend using a 29 Gauge .3 ml, with a 1/2 inch needle. This is what you would likely get in an HCG Mixing Kit.
Now if you were to use the intramuscular method, you would probably want to use a syringe with a longer needle on it.
Either way, you want to make sure that the syringe you use has the ability to hold your daily dose of the HCG Hormone - However, with most syringes this should not be a problem.
Which size syringe do you plan on using?
As always, I would love to hear what you think - So please be sure to tell me your thoughts in a comment below.
