Want To Know About A Delicious Snack That Is Okay To Eat On The HCG Diet?

We all know how difficult it is to find a good snack that is approved for eating on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet. Well today I have a fantastic solution for this problem.

They are HCG Strawberry Fruit Roll-Ups. These are great to have on hand for all sorts of different occasions - Going on a hike, taking to work, fighting hunger pains, or even if you just want to give the kids a healthy snack. The best part is they are very simple to make.

Keep in mind, you will be able to create these tasty little HCG Snacks in your oven - But if do you have a food dehydrator this whole process will be much easier.

HCG Diet Snack - Strawberry Fruit Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 4 Cups - Fresh Strawberries (De-stemmed and Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup - Water
  • 1 Pinch - Stevia

Directions:

  1. Place chopped strawberries, water and stevia into a blender and puree.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with microwave safe plastic wrap.
  3. Pour your pureed strawberries onto the pan and spread it out. (About 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness)
  4. Pre-Heat oven to 135 degrees.
  5. Place the pan with your strawberry puree into the oven for about 8 to 12 hours - Roll-Ups are ready when they have a smooth non sticky surface.
  6. Some people like to leave the oven open just a small crack.
  7. After it cools, you should be able to easily peel it off of the plastic wrap.

Note: Oven times may vary so be sure to check on it every other hour or so.
