Miracle Noodles HCG Recipe - Phase 2

Now This Is One HCG Recipe That Will Fill You Up!

If you read my post yesterday about free foods on the HCG Diet, you'd know that Miracle Noodles are one of these free foods.

Now if you've decided to give these noodles a try, you'll be very excited to hear about the HCG Recipe that I have for you today. It's called HCG Chicken Noodles and Vegetables - And this is how they're made...

HCG Chicken Noodles and Vegetables

Here's what you'll need...

  • 1 Small Serving of Miracle Noodles (Already Prepared)
  • 100 Grams - Chicken (Cooked and Shredded)
  • 2 Cups - Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Cup - Celery (or any other type of veggie)
  • 1 Pinch - Parsley
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste


  1. Bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add in your celery and simmer until celery is well cooked.
  3. Mix in your shredded chicken and remove from heat.
  4. Now simply stir in preferred amount of Miracle Noodles, and season with Parsley, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
  5. That's it, you now have yourself some HCG Chicken Noodles and Vegetables!

Serving Suggestion: I like to crush up my Grissini Breadsticks/Melba Toast and sprinkle the crumbs on top.

For me one of the hardest parts of making it through Phase 2 of the HCG Diet Plan was coming up with new and creative ways to prepare my food. However, sometimes I would come across a recipe that would make me forget that I was dieting altogether. One delicious recipe that I found myself cooking up time and time again is these Phase 2 Approved Shredded Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Here's how it's done... HCG Diet Chicken Lettuce Wraps Ingredients: 1 00 grams - Chicken Breast (Cooked and Shredded) 1/4 cup water 1 teaspoon - Onion Powder 1/2 clove - Garlic 1/8 teaspoon - Oregano 1 pinch - Cayenne Pepper 1 pinch - Cumin A bit of Cilantro (Finely Chopped) Iceberg Lettuce Leaves Cooking your chicken: In a medium size cooking pot cover chicken breasts with cold water.
